Terrapin

The fourth poem I've written for my English assignment. It's my favourite. When I said in the poem that "No one worries about me," I still mean that the terrapin is being cared for.

Chapter

1

I do not worry about food
I do not worry about water
Nobody worries about me
I worry about no one
I eat at my own will
I swim at my own will

But

No matter how fast I swim
No matter how hard I swim
I am still at the same spot
With a shiny shell,
I am Sparkled, The terrapin in a tank

I'm sure you take good care of your terrapin (re. your comment). You describe the little turtle's life well in a few words. Like it.

A bit sad but real. Hope you got an A.
