I am morbidly fascinated with this picture and keep coming back. It IS so bad it is good. I finally figured it out: pigmy Brokeback Montain cowboy. (Yes, I noticed the pink hat and pink lasso.)

A zebra? Seriously? It's a german shepherd dog with ketchup and mustard all over. Dirty paws. Don't zebra tails hang down? And little pigmy cowboy? Elf cowboy?
